Our Family Farm

Welcome to Idaho Farm and Flower
 

We’re the Anderson family—owners of Idaho Farm and Flower, nestled in the countryside of South Canyon County, Idaho. Nearly nine years ago, we left suburbia in search of space to grow, dream, and raise our family close to the land.

Our farm sits on 13 acres surrounding a 1950s-era home once used by the Boise-Kuna Irrigation District. Traces of its past, like old aqueduct footings, still peek through, reminding us daily of the history that flows through this place.

Wildlife thrives here—Great Horned Owls, Red-Tail Hawks, herons, and the occasional coyote all call this land home. With our natural growing practices, we’ve seen even more life return to the farm, creating a beautiful harmony between nature and cultivation.
 

Over time, we added Dexter cattle, chickens, Large Black hogs, goats, fruit trees, and an ever-growing garden. But the heart of our newest chapter began with our youngest daughter’s love of business—and flowers.

That spark led to the launch of our cut flower operation, and Idaho Farm and Flower bloomed.

We hope our flowers bring a bit of the joy and beauty we experience here every day. You can order our seasonal farm-direct arrangements for local delivery on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, or find our ready-made Farm to Vase Bouquets at the McIntyre Pastures Farm Store.
